Guitar Instructor

After watching a Disney Channel star sling a guitar around her shoulder, Aria started taking guitar lessons at age 8. She studied primarily classical and Spanish guitar growing up. In her mid teens and continuing to now, she has focused more on rock and indie guitar through bands she was a part of and personal music. After receiving her Bachelor's in both Psychology and Film at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, Aria now lives in Chicago where she is getting her Masters in Social Work at Loyola.

Aria has always been very passionate about music, with her whole family being musical and playing instruments from a young age. This, along with her work in childcare for the past six years, has led her to feel strongly about sharing the joy of music and helping students learn. Aria places a strong emphasis on making lessons enjoyable and fun so that students feel excited about music and continue to grow with the instrument and their love of music in a style that fits them best.
