Jenn Kunkel is a founding member and Chief Talent Officer of CHS Recruiting, where she has been since 2013. She has worked in the talent development and recruiting industry since 2005, often partnering with non-profit organizations, small businesses, and rural healthcare systems. Prior to CHS, Jenn served as a principal with one of the country’s leading executive search firms, as corporate head of recruiting and management development of a multi-state medical practice, and worked with a Chicago-based non-profit staffing firm.

Jenn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed a study abroad program at the University of Glamorgan in South Wales (now the University of South Wales).

In addition to her professional activities, Jenn is an active volunteer with her children’s schools on the northwest side of Chicago, serving as Donations Chair for a large annual gala and silent auction. Jenn has been an avid supporter of UpBeat Music and Arts for more than a decade and has been working closely with the leadership team as a volunteer since 2021.
