Teens between 12 - 18 are invited to join us for a FREE dynamic and informative 3-part workshop!

Participants will:

  • Explore what healthy relationships with devices look like

  • Learn to scroll smarter and set digital boundaries

  • Make work for THEM - and not the other way around!

All workshops will be followed by a pizza party and an open music jam session!

If you’re a teen at UpBeat, feel free to bring your friends who don’t attend classes at UpBeat’s studio - being a musician is not necessary to attend!
